1 whole egg

¾ tsp mustard

3 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup chopped dill

3 cloves of garlic, crushed and minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 chicken breasts (optional, can use salmon instead)

2 tbsp of Picudo Olive Oil (for the chicken)

Directions

Time: 15 Minutes | Serves 2

  1. In a small jar, add the egg, lemon juice, and mustard and use a stick blender or a food processor to blend all of the ingredients until well combined
  2. Once that is done, add the minced garlic and dill and mix with a spatula or a spoon until everything is well incorporated
  3. Pop in the fridge until you’re ready to use it

Optional

Time: 55 Minutes | Serves 2

  1. To use the aioli in a chicken bake, you’ll want to first take your two chicken breasts and trim any excess fat and debone it
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F
  3. Sprinkle two pinches of salt, two pinches of pepper and olive oil to marinate it for at least 1 ½ hours in the fridge, covered
  4. Take the chicken out of the fridge and place it on parchment lined baking sheets and generously spread the aioli on the breasts
  5. Put the chicken in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes until the meat has completely cooked through or until it has reached an internal temperature of 154F
