Ingredients

16 bocconcini balls, 1 inch in diameter – room temperature

8 large basil leaves, cut into thin slices (chiffonade)

3 tablespoons of Cladivm Hojiblanco Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoons of freshly cracked black pepper

1/3 teaspoon of kosher salt

8 cherry tomatoes halved

Optional, a few sprigs of fresh basil for decorating

Directions

Time: 15 Minutes | Serves 2

  1. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes
  2. Wash and slice the basil leaves into thin pieces
  3. Assemble all of the ingredients together and season with the salt and pepper
