Menos sign-in

Menos Inc. is a web development and design agency in Toronto, Canada. Menos sign-in lets our team and the teams of our clients open private Menos pages, for example the work reports at reports.menos.ca.

How Menos sign-in works

1. You open the link to a private Menos page.
2. Our access service, Cloudflare Access, shows the Menos sign-in page.
3. You sign in with your Google account, or you enter a one-time code that we send to your email address.
4. Menos sign-in compares the domain of your email address with the list of domains for that page. If your domain is on the list, the page opens.

Who can sign in

Only people of Menos and of the organizations that work with Menos can open a private Menos page. Each page has its own list of email domains. A person with a different email address cannot open the page, also with a Google account.

The data that we get from Google

When you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name, your email address and your profile picture. We use your email address to decide if you can open the page. We also keep a record of each sign-in and each page request, for security.

We do not use this data for advertising. We do not sell it. We share it only with Cloudflare, which operates the sign-in for us. Our privacy policy gives the full details.

Remove the access

To remove the access of Menos sign-in to your Google account, go to myaccount.google.com/connections. To ask a question, or to ask us to delete your data, send an email to info@menos.ca.
